Oak Creek Campground offers a fine choice in rental accommodations, from rustic to quite comfortable. All Cabins and cottages sleep a certain number of people. Infants and toddlers are included in these numbers.
Deluxe Cottage: (CO6) Maximum of 6 persons - including infants and toddlers. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and one bunk. Includes heat/AC, living area with sofa and dinette, TV, refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee pot. Misc. kitchen supplies (paper towels, napkins, dish soap, etc.) not included. Bathroom has shower stall, toilet and sink. Outside has covered porch, picnic table, fire ring, and a charcoal grill. Rental DOES NOT include linens. $200.00 (one night’s deposit) required to reserve. Balance due upon arrival. A $200.00 damage deposit is required at check-in.
Cottages (w/ bath): (CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5) Maximum of 6 persons - including infants and toddlers. Two rooms, bath with shower stall, sink, and toilet. Back bedroom has 2 bunks; front room has a double bed, dinette, refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, heat, A/C, television, coffee pot and toaster. Outside has covered porch, fire ring, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Rental DOES NOT include linens, cookware, utensils, etc. $135.00 (one night’s deposit) required to reserve. Balance due upon arrival. A $135.00 damage deposit is required at check-in.
Two Room Cabins (no bath): (CA1, CA2, CA4) Maximum of 6 persons - including infants and toddlers. Includes 1 double bed and 2 bunks, heat, A/C, cable TV hook-up. Outside has water faucet, picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill. Rental DOES NOT include linens, coolers, cookware, etc. $85.00 (one night’s deposit) required to reserve. Balance due upon arrival. A $85.00 damage deposit is required at check-in.
One Room Cabins (no bath): (CA3 & CA5) Maximum of 4 persons - including infants and toddlers. Includes 1 double bed and 1 bunk, heat, A/C, cable TV hook-up. Outside has water faucet, picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill. Rental DOES NOT include linens, coolers, cookware, etc. $75.00 (one night’s deposit) required to reserve. Balance due upon arrival. A $75.00 damage deposit is required at check-in.

All reservations require a 2 night minimum stay, with a 3 night minimum stay on holidays. Does not include 6% Sales Tax. 3 Night Holiday Weekends must be paid in full in advance - 7 days from date reservation is made. Note: Absolutely NO PETS permitted in or on rental sites, cooking only available in Deluxe Cottage, and security deposit of one night’s rental fee required upon arrival. CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM CHECK-OUT: 1:00 PM – you must vacate the premises upon CHECK-OUT. Early arrivals / Late Stays are not permitted for cabins or cottages. Guests and Visitors are not permitted if at the maximum occupancy for your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Sites: Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of the initial deposit less a $15.00 handling fee per reservation. All refunds are issued in the same manner in which payment was received. All cancellations received between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival will be issued a rain check less a $15.00 handling fee per reservation. A rain check includes the initial deposit being applied to your account for future use and expires one year from the date of issuance. Any cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival will NOT receive a refund or rain check, and is not transferable. No refunds for early departure or inclement weather. You are responsible to pay for the days in which you booked upon arrival. Campsites are not transferable to friends or family if you are unable to attend. There will be no exceptions. Cabins and Cottages: Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of the initial deposit less a $25.00 handling fee per reservation. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival require re-rental of the unit. Refunds issued after re-rental of the unit are also subject to a $25.00 handling fee per reservation. No refunds for early departure or inclement weather. You are responsible to pay for the days in which you booked upon arrival. Cabins and Cottages are not transferable to family or friends if you are unable to attend. There will be no exceptions.
